Morel Life (Pty) Ltd. is a business in the only online store that specialises in selling plant-based and homemade health products. Their product line includes natural ingredients. Beyond product sales, Morel also actively supports local producers and operates a "Giving Back Project," where a portion of selected purchase is dedicated to a charitable cause.
2. Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed immediately for digital content. Upon successful payment, users will receive instant access to their purchased online courses and digital materials via their user account on the website. Confirmation of access will be sent via email. For any service-related deliveries, confirmation and details will be sent by email within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Export Restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African and international clients.
4. Returns and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Morel Life (Pty) Ltd. is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability (e.g., a technical issue preventing access to a purchased course), Morel Life (Pty) Ltd. will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Due to the nature of our products, cancellation of orders by the client after it has been opened will not be eligible for a refund. However, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss the matter. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee."

6. Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard cards or Apply Pay Snap Scan by bank transfer into the Morel Life (Pty) Ltd. bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
7. Card Acquiring and Security
Card transactions will be acquired for Morel Life (Pty) Ltd. via Payfast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no card details are stored on the website. 8. Customer Details Separate from Card Details

9. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Morel Life (Pty) Ltd. takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
